The mission of PACER Center is to expand opportunities and enhance the quality of life of children and young adults with disabilities and their families, based on the concept of parents helping parents. PACER Computer Resource Center has a software lending library to provide an opportunity for parents and professionals to preview a wide variety of educational software programs and popular assistive technology devices with children and young adults with a disability. This software lending program is available for an annual membership fee. Access to free resources is available via the PACER web site.
