MCSSEP offices are locates at 351 East Kellogg Blvd., Saint Paul, MN 55101.
DIRECTIONS
From the NORTH, going south along 35E: Take the 10th St. / Wacouta St. Exit 107A, on the left. Stay on Wacouta, turn left onto Kellogg. The building is on your left.
From the SOUTH, going north along 35E: Take the Shepard Rd. Exit 103A. Stay to the right onto Shepard. Turn left onto Sibley St., and right onto Kellogg. The building is on your left.
From the SOUTH, going north along 5 (from the Airport): Head north on Highway 5. Take the Edgecumbe / Shepard Rd. / River Blvd. Exit, stay to the right at the fork. Take a left onto Shepard Road, drive for 5.8 miles. Turn left onto Sibley St., and right onto Kellogg. The building is on your left.
From the WEST, going east along 94: Take the 7th St. Exit 242C. Stay straight onto Wall St., turn left onto Kellogg. The building is on your left.
From the EAST, going west along 94: Exit onto Mounds Blvd. / US 61 Exit 243 to Kellogg Blvd. Turn left onto the 3rd St. Bridge. The 3rd St. Bridge becomes Kellogg Blvd., the building is at the bottom of the bridge on your right.
PARKING
Free parking is available on Kellogg Blvd. directly in front of our office.
Pre-paid parking lots are located across Kellogg Blvd. from our offices and on the east (Bridge side) end of the building.
Do not park in the permit parking lot on the west end (Downtown side) of the building. Parking in this lot will result in a $125 fine and towing.
Metered parking is available on Kellogg, Broadway, and Prince Streets. All are within a block of the office.
